The Škoda brand has been closely associated with motorsport since the very beginning, with a history marked by significant achievements and heroic performances. The Škoda Favorit teams literally wrote their chapter in golden letters. The gradual technical evolution of this car, combined with the enthusiasm and masterful performances of drivers and navigators led to a highly successful campaign in 1994. It began in January with the Sibera/Gross team, who clinched their fourth consecutive victory at the traditional season opener, the Monte Carlo Rally.
