Changes to ŠKODA AUTO Supervisory Board
› Jaroslav Povšík, Martin Lustyk and Miloš Kovář will become ŠKODA AUTO Supervisory Board members elected by employees, effective as of 14 January 2019
Mladá Boleslav, 10 January 2019 – Between 12 December 2018 and 4 January 2019, the ŠKODA AUTO workforce voted in elections for their representatives on the Supervisory Board. All employees at the automotive company were eligible to vote. The ŠKODA AUTO Supervisory Board members elected by employees, Jaroslav Povšík, Chairman of the KOVO Mladá Boleslav trade union, and Miloš Kovář, KOVO Mladá Boleslav’s Production and Safety Coordinator, were re-elected and will be taking their places on 14 January 2019. Martin Lustyk, Chairman of the KOVO Kvasiny trade union, is the new member of ŠKODA AUTO Supervisory Board elected by employees.
