„Thanks to his technical expertise and strength in operational implementation, Christian Schenk has made a decisive contribution to Škoda Auto achieving stable results amid a challenging market environment. Through consistent cost discipline, he has also freed up resources that we have been able to invest in transforming our company. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Christian Schenk for his dedication. At the same time, I am delighted that Holger Peters, an internationally experienced financial expert, has accepted the position at Škoda Auto. Holger Peters will continue to consolidate our company’s stable financial position in this decisive phase of the transformation and shape our transition towards electromobility and digitalisation. In particular, he will be able to draw on his many years of experience as the Deputy Board Member for Finance and IT at Porsche AG and his extensive knowledge of the automotive industry – following positions at various OEMs, financial services companies, in the automotive trade and at Europcar – to further strengthen Škoda.“
