A trip into the past

One of the key historical documents is the written agreement between Václav Laurin and Václav Klement, confirming the establishment of their joint venture and spelling out how it was to be run. Dated 31 March 1903, this document is the first written contract and shows, among other things, that Václav Laurin and Václav Klement had made their original agreement with a shake of the hand.
