ŠKODA Design: Color & Trim

From the first sketches, the look of ŠKODA vehicles is created by the Design Department. This department is part of the Technological Development, a division dominated by men. The team of designers known as Color & Trim is a different story, though. Women stand behind 99 percent of the designs created and materials selected by this unit.
