ŠKODA celebrates 100 years of Czechoslovakia

ŠKODA is celebrating the centenary of Czechoslovakia’s independence with a host of activities, including a series of press releases to highlight milestones and outstanding figures associated with the inspirational period of the First Republic (1918-1938). This was a time of burgeoning development for the young democracy, newly acquired liberty, and motoring, which was propelled forward by a surge of domestic manufacturers.
