At Škoda, we view diversity, equity, and inclusion as cornerstones of our corporate culture. We’re dedicated to creating an environment where every individual feels valued and can flourish.
Championing Diversity
We recognise that diversity enriches our teams and makes us stronger. That’s why we’ve launched our Diversity Strategy 2030 to support colleagues with disabilities, strengthen intergenerational cooperation and improve the gender balance in leadership roles. We’re proud to have achieved our 2022 Diversity Index targets and have ambitious plans to promote the less-represented gender to at least 25% of managerial positions by 2030. We document our achievements and progress annually in our Diversity Report, and we also regularly participate in European Diversity Month.
Celebrating Uniqueness
In June 2023, we unveiled the Škoda Enyaq Coupé Respectline, a car that embodies our commitment to diversity, equity, fairness, and respect. Its unique design underscores our mission to celebrate each person’s uniqueness and promote an inclusive environment, free from discrimination. You can catch the Škoda Enyaq Coupé Respectline at various diversity events both at home and abroad. It has already taken part in the Prague Pride Festival 2023, of which Škoda Auto is an official partner.

New Work Concept and Building Partnerships
We’re continually seeking ways to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion. To balance work and family life, we’ve introduced flexible working hours and remote work policies. Our Protected/Profiled Centre, which helps employees with health or social limitations achieve their full potential, earned us an award from the Association for Social Responsibility in 2024. Our diversity-driven training programmes, partnerships with communities, and collaborations with the Pride Business Forum and Czechitas non-profit organisation are part of our quest to build a more equitable workplace for the future.
