Changes to ŠKODA AUTO Board of Management

As ŠKODA AUTO Board Member for HR Management since January 2011, Bohdan Wojnar is the longest-standing Czech member of the brand’s Board. In his decade-long tenure as Board Member for Human Resources, Mr Wojnar has been involved in transforming the HR Management process, developing the staff training & education system and establishing the ŠKODA Academy. He has also played an active role in the company’s close cooperation with the KOVO trade union.
